Tyler Hines

With a Bachelor of Science in Education, specializing in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Kentucky, I bring a wealth of experience in strength and conditioning. My career began with working alongside college sports teams at both Northwestern University and the University of Kentucky. Since 2015, I’ve dedicated myself to training young athletes, from elementary school kids to elite high school competitors, helping them enhance their athletic abilities, including speed, strength, power, and agility. Currently, I serve as a personal trainer at Ko Wellness and Rehab, and as a strength and conditioning coach for the boys and girls swim teams at Loyola Academy. My passion for health and fitness has been a lifelong journey, rooted in my own experiences playing sports and discovering the benefits of strength training while at New Trier High School.
